Order cancellation and modification.

Pre-order product

1) 14 days after placing the order, we will take 30% deposit for cancellation or change order.

2) cancel the order when the statue is ready shipped, we will not offer refund of deposit or change

The studio release date is an approximate date, sometimes the release date is very different from the announced date.

After Purchase Policy

1) Broken Product

Each statue is guaranteed to be in perfect condition and we have an agreement with the delivery company, who will take care of our package and never open it during security checks, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive it without damage, because the resin statue is fragile. We cannot avoid that. The only thing we can do is to make sure that these things happen with low probability.

If the statue arrives with broken parts, we will help you by first contacting the studio to replace the broken parts. If the studio cannot offer replacement, we will refund the parts (based on the condition of breakage), plus we have repair assistance from us. We will repair your statue!

We are unable to refund or replace the statue with the same one.

2) Defects in the Product

All statues are hand-painted, a chain production may come out different from each other, the studio does quality checks, but they may slip (QC), sometimes if your order has some defects, we can help you to get the replacement of the part... within 4 months of purchase, only on current production statues.

There are many statues where there is no insurance from the company, Statues with earlier release date of months or straight years, the buyer takes the risk of purchase.

WE REMEMBER THAT WITH US YOU CAN REPAIR YOUR STATUE WITHOUT HASSLE AND SORROW.

If you are a discerning Buyer and you are not convinced about the standards written above we advise you not to take the risk

3) LOST PRODUCT

In this case, once we confirm the lost product, we will send full refund or in case we have another equal product we will send a new one (according to your choice).

After-sales service time

We strongly recommend that you open the box on the same day of receipt, once you receive the package, and tell us immediately if you get any problem in your statue. Within 2 working days.

We have a warehouse in EU, where it will be shipped via train or ship, when the statue arrives at the customs it will be checked and then arrive in the warehouse, at the end of operations we will ship the statue to your home.

Tracking information:

After we ship the item, we will mark the status as shipped the tracking number will be provided to us by our shipper after 7 working days later. Because after we send the package to them, they need to do some security checks, check the address, declare ECT. During the transportation from China to EU, we can't get tracking information or updates from the website of the delivery company, but when the package arrived in EU and shipped from our warehouse, then there will be some updates in the website.

Unfortunately in some countries or customs import policies, there may be extra taxes because of, we can't know. but if there is any tax, buyers have to settle the amount.
