Where do you ship and sell

Specifically, the Statues are shipped directly from China (factory location). But many statues are present in the National and European territory, so depending on the location they will be shipped to the Buyer's address

If the statues break or get lost during shipping, how can I fix it?

When you receive a Statue, you must immediately open it and check the conditions, no more than 2 days after the delivery indication. If you find any damage or unusual details, you must contact us via the form, attaching the assistance with photos of the problems. Solutions are as follows:

1) Request replacement parts from the Company (This service is free for many companies) to take into account that this method is only available on statues released on the market a few months ago, Statues with a date that exceeds 6 months from the release on the market have no coverage.

Can I use your repair service even if I have never purchased?

Can I combine multiple items together?
